Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.

Please note that specific tours or services may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Content Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sezonnaya-Manka Tourism and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries.

5.2 User Content
